Luxurious Log Cabin Holiday Homes Scandinavian style set in 70 acres of beautiful tranquil Dorset forest. Each Holiday Lodge has it's own Sauna, log-burning stove and balcony. On-site attractions include, Driving Range, Golf Courses, Fishing, Walks.

Facilities & Information

  • All Bedrooms are en-suite, plus each unit also has an additional Shower Room (i.e. 2 bedroom/3 bathroom or 3 bedroom/4 bathroom)
  • All Master Bedrooms have both a Double Bed and a Single Bed and the en-suite has both a Bath and Shower
  • All further Bedrooms are Twin-bedded and have a Shower en-suite
  • Each Log Home sleeps up to 8 persons (except "Sandbanks" which sleeps a very comfortable 6 persons)
  • When sleeping maximum capacity, persons 7 & 8 (or 5 & 6) will sleep on craftsman built luxury Sofa Beds in the Lounge area and have the use of additional built-in wardrobe space, plus the additional Shower Room
  • All Bed linen (except Cot linen) & Towels are provided FREE of CHARGE
  • Each Log Home has a Kitchen and Utility Room and Drying area (all fully-equipped)
  • Each Log Home has Satellite TV with Video and DVD Players and Audio System
  • Each Log Home has its own Sauna and Log-burning Stove
  • Each Log Home has its own outside Storage Unit (complete with power points), ideal for storing bicycles, outdoor pursuit equipment etc.
  • Each Log Home has a fabulous Sun Balcony, positioned to catch every last ray of sunshine with views of the woodlands, etc.
  • Each Log Home has ample car parking space immediately outside
  • Landscaped Gardens and BBQ area
  • Cots and Highchairs available upon request
  • Sandbanks" (Bungalow) has wheelchair access
  • Bar can be found within our fully air-conditioned Clubhouse.
  • Restaurant  is situated within the Clubhouse

Driving Range: We have a floodlit Driving Range consisting of 22 bays (12 under cover) offering all year round practice. Top  quality range mats, video equipment, etc. Open from 8am to 9pm, large bucket of balls costs £2.50. Tokens are available from the Pro Shop (or Clubhouse when Shop is closed).

 

Golf Courses: Lakeland Parkland" and "Woodland" Courses offer superb Championship Golf for all abilities. All Lakeland Courses have been built to the highest specifications and have USGA greens and tees.

All combinations of the three Courses can be played to create an exciting and different 18 holes each time you play.

 

Cycling: Explore the forest and heathland surroundingThe Dorset Resort. With designated cycle ways throughout the estate for your enjoyment. Purbeck Cycleway caters for cyclists of all abilities and offers a range of varying distances.

 

Fishing: Two superb Coarse Fishing Lakes set in a tranquil part of the area. Parking facilities are available at the Lakes and the swims are established and ready for you to enjoy whilst fishing for Carp, Tench, Roach and Perch...
