The Wayside Cheer Hotel Grandes Rocques is one of only a handful of Guernsey hotels near the beach with the closest just a stones throw away. With 30 en-suite bedrooms all with colour TV, Radio and Tea and coffee facilities. Steakhouse/Grill Restaurant or Meals in the bar.

Facilities & Information

Wayside Cheer Hotel has 30 en-suite bedrooms all with colour TV, Radio and Tea and coffee facilities.
Nine of the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor in our garden annex overlooking the
swimming pool & Gardens.

 

For 2008/9 all the rooms have been refurbished, All have been decorated and NEW Carpet,
Curtains, Bedding & Furniture including high quality beds for a Great Night Sleep.

Special family rooms are available and a reduction is made for children sharing parents rooms.

We regret that no reduction can be made for children occupying a room normally occupied by adults.

There is a large comfortable TV Lounge which is reserved for hotel residents.


 


Additional Information

 

The hotel has a heated outdoor swimming pool situated in the lovely gardens.
As well as our Restaurant where residents can enjoy Breakfast & Evening Meals,
Bar meals are served daily, Lunch and Dinner in the olde world Tudor Style lounge bar,
on sunny days Non Residents can also enjoy a Dip n Dine but only for Lunch as the pool area
is for resident use only after 3pm

There is also a games room with a variety of bar games.

Other amenities include a spacious and cozy TV lounge for residents only.

All bedrooms recently refurbished and are en-suite with colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Ground floor rooms are also available. The atmospheric cabaret room boasts one of the finest dance floors on the island and at least 3 nights a week, entertainment is available throughout the year.

When looking for places to stay in Guernsey, then the Wayside Cheer should be high on your list.
