Rylands Farmhouse - Holiday Accommodation
Rylands farmhouse is a stone and slate 3-bedroom property with two full
bathrooms and a small en-suite. It is fully equipped for a comfortable stay for
five to six persons. In winter months we provide oil and logs. It has period
furniture and full oil central heating. The cosy interior is full of character
and there is a wealth of features throughout.

with icebox.

Full inventory of utensils cutlery and appliances.

The dining area leads to lounge with beams, flagstone floor and a wood-burner.
It has a TV, DVD, Freeview and Audio System.
First floor:
Master bedroom with small en suite with WC and Basin. King size bed.
Bedroom two has lovely exposed roof timbers, (mind your head)! This room has a
double bed.
Bedroom 3 has a single bed with an occasional pull out divan.
Bathroom with bath with shower over, WC and hand-basin.
Featured exposed timbers.
Outside there is a private area of garden with patio equipped with B.B.Q.
and garden furniture.
Private parking.
