About Us
 

There is an excellent bus service with buses passing the Guest House every few minutes. We also have a large private car park at the rear of the Guest House taking the worry out of where to park while you are resident with us. Free WiFi  and internet access is available.  

We have a variety of bedrooms, these include, single, twin/double/small family en-suite, standard double with shared facilities in the hall and large family en-suite. Most of the rooms have their own en-suite shower and toilet and all rooms have their own wash basin, television with freeview, tea / coffee making facilities, adjustable central heating and secondary glazing. We also have a payphone for Guests use.

For those of our Guests who like to keep fit whether here on holiday or business, we have the Royal Commonwealth Swimming Pool and Leisure Centre only a 5 minute walk from the Guest House. This has an Olympic size swimming pool, a diving pool, children's pool and a full range of fitness equipment. If you walk past the Commonwealth Pool you will enter Holyrood Park and in front of you is Arthur's Seat - an extinct volcano. There are paths which allow you to climb to the top of Arthur's Seat and once at the top you have a spectacular view of the City. There is also a road which you can drive up and enjoy the views that way.

Within walking distance of the Guest House are a number of restaurants and pubs which offer a wide variety of cuisines to suit almost every taste.
