Facilities & InformationGoldenstones Leisure Centre provides an extensive range of Leisure Activities with facilities which include: Two modern heated Indoor Pools - a 25m x 12.5m Main Pool and a 12.5m x 7.5m Teaching Pool - for a quality experience to both the experienced swimmer and the beginner. With early morning sessions, laned sessions, Parent and Toddler, Family Evening, Over 50's, Aqua Fit and Fun Sessions to name but a few!
The Springs Gym offers superb facilities which include:
Sauna and Steam rooms to unwind and relax. Viewing Gallery to the swimming pools.
Additional Information
Goldenstones Leisure Centre with Swimming Pool Facilities and Leisure Activities which include Inflatable, Sea Scooter & Waterwalkerz, Toys, Mats & Ball sessions, Swimming Lessons, Adult Swim Club, Private Swimming Lessons and much more! The Swimming Pools are also available for hire.
Springs Gym offers Personalised Programmes; Motimate Sessions where experienced fitness professionals are on hand for those wanting extra motivation, help or just need that little bit more; Zone 1115 specifically designed for 11 - 15 year olds to encourage and motivate with a gym induction and personal programme; ProActive 12 week scheme for specialised, supportive help to those with health problems whom may benefit from physical activity.
Sauna and Steam rooms are open to those over the age of 12, although 12 to 15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.
