AboutDartmoor Bed and Breakfast set in the picturesque Dart Valley. Lowertown Farm B&B is a quiet farm near Widecombe in the Moor. Full English breakfasts using local produce and eggs from our chickens in the garden. Bring your horse on holiday too, fantastic riding! Ideal base for walkers/cyclists.

Enjoy our Aga made Full English breakfast, servings between 8am and 9.30am unless otherwise arranged when booking. Using local produce when ever possible including eggs from our chickens in the garden.
We also have a putting 'Dartmoor First' Award for our commitment to the environment and community around us.
Lowertown Farm B&B has three bedrooms, suitable for couples, families and singles. We limit ourselves to no more than six guests ensuring you have a peaceful stay. All our rooms are situated upstairs (as its a traditional farmhouse) and share a bathroom (bath with shower above) please bear this in mind.
Whether it’s kayaking, climbing the granite tors, riding your horse across the moors or walking to the local pub, Hannah and Luke, with their keen interest in the outdoors, are able to provide you with an enjoyable stay. For guests who don't have their own horse there are plenty of recommended riding schools and stables on Dartmoor National Park.
Kayaking, White Water Rafting & Canoeing in the National ParkThe River Dart is a short drive away and has some of the best stretches of whitewater in the UK, magnificent for canoeing and white water rafting. Dartmoor offers some fantastic canoeing and white water rafting opportunies. The River Dart is the most popular canoeing destination in the National Park and the magnificent white water is considered by many canoeing enthusiasts to be amongst the best Mid Grade Runs in the west.
