Facilities & InformationThe cottage sleeps four + cot. It is entered via a spacious hall/utility room leading to an open plan sitting room with open stone fireplace. There is a farmhouse dining room/kitchen with oil fired AGA. Upstairs are a double bedroom and a twin bedded room and bathroom/wc with over bath shower. Pets are welcome although we would ask for no more than two well-behaved dogs please. Grazing and stabling can be available for up to two horses or ponies.
There is Included in the letting :- electricity, fuel oil for full central heating and AGA, fuel for open fire, parking, colour TV, telephone( honesty box), automatic washing machine, dish washer, electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge, iron, cot, high chair, garden furniture, and barbeque. All bed linen including duvets etc. and all necessary cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils
Weekly lettings are from Saturday 3.00pm to Saturday 10.00am. Short breaks can be arranged.
