Rosehill rooms and cookery, is a newly opened luxury boutique bed and breakfast, the house has large light and airy rooms all with large bathrooms with walk in showers, some have baths. Each room is individual with luxury fittings and fixtures, fine bedlinen and extra touches to enhance your stay.

Facilities & Information

The large Victorian Villa, has luxury facilities each room features a King size bed or larger bed, with a sofa, flat screen TV/DVD player, tea and coffee facilities, hair dryer, toiletries, fluffy bathrobes, luxury towels and magazines.  The rooms all have views of the surrounds.  The gardens have stunning specimen trees and shrubs along with roses and camellias. 

 

There are four individual rooms; Sandcastle, Pebbles, Beach Hut and Steamer Steps.

 

The house has a large car park, and we are close to the town centre and beach, so easy to walk into town, which is about 5 minutes.

 

Breakfast is served in the large dining room around a large refectory style table, the choice id full English with lots of extra dishes to choose from, we always have fruit and cereal on offer as well as porridge.


Additional Information

The house dates from around 1850 and is situated on West Hill just out of town, Budleigh Salterton is a pretty seaside town, with a stunning pebble beach.  This is the start of the Jurassic coast and offers fantastic scenery, great walks and pretty places to visit. 

 

Each of our rooms is individual and offers luxury furnishings fine linen and a really comfortable place to stay and relax.  The rooms all have sofas, which means there is plenty of space to chill out.

 

Budleigh offers a range of pubs, restaurants and a great fish and chip shop/restaurant alongside cafes and a great range of individual shops.

The hosts and their daughter were all lovely, welcoming yet easy going and quick to accomodate.

Our room was lovely - they have to be the fluffiest robes I've come accross to date. The house is very tastefully decorated, kept in keeping with the history yet nicely modern and very appealing with the attention to detail I love. Surrounded by green, lovely garden with toys (inside & out) available for our 18mnth old daughter to enjoy...

Beautiful setting, ideal location close to the pebbled beach and local amenities all a short walk away.

If you're after a place to stay that has the taste of luxury mixed with the great outdoors then no need to look any further just book in, turn up and enjoy.

Local Information

Close to the town, beach and coastal path, this is the start of the Jurassic coast world heritage site.  There are many local walks, great bird watching on the Exe estuary, many local places of interest to visit.
