AboutThis Stunning 2 bed Luxury Holiday Apartment is situated 50M from the harbour in Porthleven Cornwall. This self catering accommodation sleeps 4 and is furnished to a very high standard. Situated close to all amenities it is the ideal base for a relaxing holiday.
Facilities & InformationThe Monterey holiday apartment accommodation comprises of a king size, en-suite double bedroom, Twin bedroom, seperate shower room and a large open plan kitchen, living/dining room. French doors open from the living room onto the terrace where views of the harbour can be seen. The kitchen boasts top of the range appliancies including a dish washer, washer/dryer and microwave. For entertainment there is Freeview TV and DVD player in living room and master bedroom and IPOD docking system in living room. There are also a large collection of books and DVD's for you to enjoy. For the younger guests there is a cot and Highchair available if required plus a selection of toys and puzzles. It is regretted that we are unable to accept Dogs and we operate a NO Smoking policy. Additional InformationThe Monterey self catering apartment is situated 50 meters from the harbour in Porthleven Cornwall and it is a short level walk to the award winning resturant "Kota", and other hostelries. For those all important provisions there is a small supermarket locally along with a Post Office and Chemist. For the artistically minded there are several art and craft galleries and other curiosity shops. For the active there are plenty of invigorating walks, either along the coast or in Penrose estate and Loe Bar. For the very brave there are some outstanding surfing conditions just outside the harbour. Be warned the surf breaks onto the reef.
