AboutHendercroft House Bed and Breakfast Beaworthy provides accommodation in the rural Devon countryside with easy access to the Dartmoor National Park and the North Cornish coast. Situated in the village of Halwill Junction, we are close to the market towns of Holsworthy, Hatherleigh and Okehampton.
Facilities & InformationOur Victorian house offers the visitor a great location for exploring Devon and the North Cornish coast .We are located in the village of Halwill Junction with its Fishing Lakes and Walled Garden. The Dartmoor National Park is about a twenty minutes drive, and the Cornish coast at Bude is thirty minutes.
The house is just off the A3079 at the junction marked for Roadford Lake. We are about a ten minutes walk from the village pub, the Junction Inn, which serves good food; alternatively there are a number of local pubs within a five mile drive.
We have two double ensuite rooms, one has a shower and the other has both a shower and a bath. Both rooms are tastefully decorated in neutral colours with crisp white Egyptian cotton bedding. Breakfast is served in the dining room where there is a log burning stove for those cold winter mornings. We try to use local ingredients where possible and we can cater for special dietary requirements if requested in advance. We hope that we can offer you comfortable and restful accommodation in beautiful rural Devon.
