Situated on the edge of the National Heritgage Town of Belper with its famous Mills and beautiful walking while on the edge of the Peak District. Only 8 miles from Matlock and Matlock Bath in one direction and 10 miles from Derby in the other and the new mutli million pound Westfield Shopping Centre.

A bespoke cast iron spiral staircase leads up to the newly fitted kitchen with fridge, washing machine, microwave and full equipt with all the utensils and equiptment you might need! Up the spiral staircase again is a beautiful open plan double bedroom with king sized bed and views across to the hills and Chevin. The cottage is not to be missed and is perfect for a romantic break away or even a comfortable base for work in the area.

Dogs are accepted subject to a small additional fee for any extra cleaning that may be required.

Please note that there are quite alot of steps and the spiral staircase is quite steep so may not suit anyone who is less mobile.
