About the property

The house has a garden of 1.800 sqm, with swimming pool, BBQ & playground.

The villa is composed of two buildings, the main one has three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & microwave. Living room, a porch of 47 sqm, TV, CD player, air-con.

The annexe house is composed of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, terrace & air-con.

The villa is located in Coveta Fumá, a quiet and beautiful area where you can enjoy a perfect holidays. The Mediterranean sea is just 100m from the villa.

You can take a tram to go to Alicante, Benidorm, Terra Mítica, Altea, Denia, etc. at just 2 min. from the house. But if you prefer to stay in the neighbourhood you will find several restaurants and pubs and also two "chiringuitos" on the beach. There is also a supermarket in the surroundings where you can by international food products.

El Campello is a delightful holiday resort situated in a perfect position on the Costa Blanca coast of Alicante. This is a town that has resisted the lure of mass tourism and with its unpretentious air, this resort is perfect for both couples and families alike.

Final cleaning cost: 75€

A deposit of 400€ is required as surety, which will be given back at the end of the stay if no damages have happened.

Your booking will be confirmed after receiving a deposit of the 30% of the total renting rate in the owner's bank account, which will be provided at due time.

About El Campello, Costa Blanca

Traditionally, the economy of El Campello was centred on fishing and dry crops. Today the town's main source of income is derived from tourism. The town also has a Casa de Cultura (Municipal Arts Centre) and a multi-sports Centre with a covered hall. The Casa de Cultura has an auditorium and an open-air amphitheatre.

El Campello has a 23km coastline with beaches ranging from the Muchavista Playa which borders on the much visited San Juan Playa to rocky coves such as the Cova del Llop Marí and the cove of Morro Blanc. There is a nudist beach in the rocky Lloma de Reixes cove.

Lying between Alicante City (13km) and the busy resort of Benidorm (20km) it offers a history and a charm all of its own. With miles of wide sandy white beach, a pretty fishing harbour, views of the mountains and a wide selection of friendly eateries and bars, you can have all the advantages of a small, peaceful, relaxing resort but with the vibrancy of Alicante City and Benidorm within easy reach.

Golf
Opened in 1995 Bonalba is the oldest and most settled 18 hole golf course in Costa Blanca. The course designed by Ramon Espinosa is a diverse entity of trees, water obstacles, bunkers and large greens, making it an enjoyable experience for pros and amateurs alike.

The 6,367 metre, 18 hole par 72 Bonalba golf course is situated in the foot hills of the Sierra de Bonalba, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and beaches of San Juan. It is situated between large lakes on gentle slopes and has its own golf Academy with qualified , professional instructors.

Bonalba is located approximately 5 minutes from "Casa Perleta" The best route to the course is by taking the highway (A7) that goes from Alicante to Valencia and then heading towards Alcoy (Exit 67) to the left. The course is only a minute off the highway, with signs guiding the way.

Alicante Golf
The legendry Spanish player Severiano Ballesteros designed Alicante city golf course. The course offers a good challenge for pros and amateurs alike. Along the course there are seven water hazards, so getting used to playing between the obstacles is important.

The 6,270 metre Alicante golf course of par 72 requires a different strategic approach to every hole and obliges players to use all clubs. The course stands out for its long tees, wide fairways, beautiful park areas and its splendid lakes.

Alicante Golf is about 15 mins south of "Casa Perleta" near the town of San Juan .

El Plantio Golf
El Plantio has only been opened since 2000. The wide fairways allow even high handicap players the chance to enjoy the game. Other good qualities of the course include short walking distances between tees and greens.

The course is surrounded by hills lining the sea, and inland mountains, that give a unique sense of detachment from everything else. El Plantio is about 25 minutes south of "Casa Perleta" along the old road to Elche , near the airport.
