The Villa “Moura”

The complex where the villa is integrated, is surrounded by pine forests, and has a maintenance route, where you can jog or just enjoy a walk surrounded by nature and clean air.

It has a large and lovely pool, a children’s pool, both surrounded by a landscaped garden – made for you to relax.

The villa was built towards the landscaped garden - the pool and a wide lawn, so, from the living room, or the bedrooms you can see the leisure area and the delightful contrast between the nature intense green and the deep blue.

The landscaped garden is very spacious and surrounded by attractive exotic species of threes and plants, and fully equipped with sun lounges and parasols. The centrepiece is the 12x8 m pool. This large and well cared for garden has plenty of room for children to play and is walled or fenced all around for added security.

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor - about 100m2:

• Entrance hall, toilet;

• A split-level lounge and dining room - 45m2 - with an extra sofa bed, opening to a private covered front terrace (40m2) with esplanade, and to the garden/pool common area, where you can sit and enjoy the sunset. In the private terrace you will also be able to enjoy the barbecue to prepare your leisurely holiday lunches and alfresco dinnings.

• Fully equipped kitchen, which has an oven & hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave oven, table for 6.

• Laundry room equipped with the washing machine;

First floor – about 80m2:

• Master bedroom, with double bed, private bathroom and large terrace with furniture, overlooking the pool area;

• 2 double bedrooms sharing a bathroom.

• Up to 6/8 persons, two sleeping in the lounge, in a sofa-bed. Up to 10 persons, two sleeping in the games room, in a sofa-bed.

Minus one – about 100m2:

• Games room with ping pong table; extra sofa bed, available.

• Private garage for two cars;

• 1 bathroom.

Sleeping

• The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double (one is en suite).

• The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in the living room.

• In the basement you have other double sofa-bed;

• This gives room for up to 10 people (including 2 sleeping in the living room and 2 in the basement in a sofa-bed).

Bathrooms

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

• 2 bathrooms in the first floor;

• 1 toilet in the ground floor;

• 1 bathroom in the basement;

Kitchen

• Cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer. You will also find a dish washer, washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, other cooking utensils.

Wheelchairs

• The villa is suitable for elderly or infirm (sleeping on the living room). From the condominium garage, we have a lift to the pool area and towards the villa living room. From the private villa garage you have access to a complete bathroom prepared for infirm or elderly.

• It is advisable to hire a car.

• The proposed price includes cleaning, linen & towels, electricity, water, and gas, used in the holiday period, except if any other combinations are made.
