Olive Grove Cottage, Alyth - Perthshire

Olive Grove Cottage is a traditional 19th century cottage, which has been newly renovated to an extremely high standard. It sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms – one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is off-road parking for one car, with a fully paved front garden and solid teak garden furniture with cushions and umbrella. A barbeque with tools are also provided, all you need to contribute is the coals and the food!

There are two outbuildings which are large enough to store cycles, golf clubs, fishing rods, or skis and are fully lockable and secure. On the other side of the street, is a small park and a children’s play area with swings, roundabout and climbing frames.

Everything in the cottage is brand new. All kitchen appliances are fully integrated and A energy rated, with low voltage spotlights in every room and energy saving light bulbs in all lamps. All bed linen and towels are 100% cotton and pillows and duvets are hypo-allergenic.

The cottage is centrally heated throughout, with radiators and thermostatic controls in each room.

All flooring downstairs is oak, with solid oak ledge and brace doors and solid oak furniture throughout. Carpeting on the stairs and bedrooms are 100 % wool, and there is under floor heating in the hallway as well as the bathroom to keep your feet warm!
