This modern 2 bedrom holiday apartment is situated in a beautiful beachside Victorian terrace called “Bay house” which sits adjacent to the award winning sandy beaches of Bournemouth, and benefits from breath taking sea views that stretch as far as the Isle of Wight and Old Harry’s Rock.

The apartment is furnished and equipped to a very standard. It is located on the upper ground floor (some steps up to the entrance) and has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds. A family bathroom with bath and shower, it has a large comfortable lounge over looking the beach with TV & DVD and a large kitchen/conservatory which leads onto a beautiful sun deck with built in BBQ. The kitchen, includes:- full size oven & hob, microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washer/Dryer, Toaster, kettle + utensils.

Provided with the apartment is a parking permit which allows free parking in Undercliff Road.

Other benefits include Virgin Media TV and DVD player and broadband Wi-Fi.

Additional Information

This is a fantastic location for holiday makers with the sea front being right on your door step offering plenty of activities including swimming, sailing and surfing at Boscombe’s new artificial surf reef. There is a surf school “Wavefreaks Surf Academy” on Boscombe beach offering surf lessons and body board lessons to people of all ages, and there is a popular surf shop located just around the corner from the apartment.

The Overstrand Complex on the seafront is just a short stroll from the apartment and offers the Urban Reef café on the ground floor with the glass fronted Urban Reef restaurant on the first floor overlooking the surf reef and beaches. There are public showers, toilets and changing facilities on the beach. The Boscombe Chine Mini Golf Course is located in the nearby beautiful Gardens of Boscombe Chine.

Bournemouth Town Center is just 1.5 miles away and you can even take the land train which runs along the beach to get to there. The Town Center offers an exciting array of attractions for all the family including shopping, cinemas, restaurants, the oceanarium, nightlife, theatres, beautiful garden walks and many more.

Further affield you have Hengistbury Head, The New Forest, Corfe Castle and Studland which have beautiful scenic walks and are well worth a visit if you have time to fit it all in.
