can uniquely offer spacious accommodation, sleeping up to 10 persons and
is ideally located within Hamsterley Forest to access all trails and
facilities on your doorstep, with local mountain bike hire and access to
all tracks and adjacent moorland.
The forest is also located on the W2W cross country cycle route from Walney Island on the west coast to Whitby/Wearmouth on the east coast.

Ground Floor
Sharnberry
offers a traditional spacious country kitchen/diner with separate
utility and washroom services. Guests can enjoy dining while taking in
the glorious views, with slide opening patio doors allowing you to step
onto a wrap around deck, consisting of a superb BBQ dining area, and
further outdoor seating.
There is a cosy, living space, with log
burner and full length patio doors, opening the whole space to the
outdoor decking. Guests will feel the true forest living experience.
The ground floor also has a Bedroom with two single beds.
First Floor
Mastersuite has a luxury feel with Kingsize bed and en-suite shower room.
There
are a further two double bedrooms, one a kingsize, and a Twin Single
bed room, each finished to a high standard and include built in
wardrobes.
All bedrooms have two windows.
A Cot is available upon request
The main Bathroom is spacious, with a choice of shower, or bath with a skylite giving a view of the stars.
Outside
Situated in half an acre of land, there is ample parking and plenty of space to enjoy forest living.
Separate Garaged Parking for one car is also available.
Decking wraps round the back of the house, with outdoor BBQ and seating area.
The
Natural garden gives a combination of both a lawn area, and an
uncultivated area for wildlife, the forest trees come up to the boundary
fence . With plants and flowers natural to the forest environment and
animals living on your door step.

protected Slow-worm, Cheeky Squirrels, Hedgehogs, Rabbits, Deer, Rare
Ants, Bats, Frogs, Toads, Newts, Woodpeckers, Nuthatches, Nightjars,
