We are a small friendly edwardian Redcar bed and breakfast with far reaching sea views to the rear, all rooms are en suite or have private bathroom. Located close to the beach, town centre, Redcar racecourse, golf club and nature reserve. Easily accessed via A19 and A66 ideal for touring the area.

Facilities & Information

We offer one twin room with ensuite , one double room with ensuite and a single room with private shower room/toilet/wash basin.  All our rooms are clean, nicely furnished and have comfortable beds.  All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, tv with freeview, free wi fi and complimentary toiletries.

We provide a good cooked breakfast or cereal and fresh fruit, both include toast and preserves, tea or coffee ( free refills ) and fruit juice


Additional Information

Edwardian House was built around 1902 and has traditional high ceilings and is set over 3 floors.  We have a small front garden and a sunny rear courtyard garden.  We are on the outskirts of the town and High Street West includes houses of many different types and ages, some dating back to the 1600's.

We offer 3 comfortable rooms which are nicely decorated and furnished and we provide good facilities for holidaymakers and business visitors.

All our rooms have ensuite or private facilities and hospitality tray, tv with freeview, free wi fi, complimentary toiletries and hair dryers.

All our prices include breakfast and we do not increase our prices in high season or bank holidays.

Parking is on road with a parking permit which we provide.

Local Information

Redcar is a lovely seaside town with an excellent shopping centre and nice beach which is a 5 minute walk away.  We are also within walking distance of Redcar Racecourse, Golf Club, Coatham Nature Reserve and South Gare, ideal for fishing, diving or seal watching.

Just a short drive away you will find Kirkleatham village and museum and also The Owl Centre which has recently recieved some meercats.  For the more adventurous you could drive to Tees Barrage and white water rafting course which offers canoing, water ski ing and some lovely walks along the River Tees.

Taking the Coast Road through Redcar will take you to victorian Saltburn and the spectacular cliff lift, this is now home to many surfers so you could try your hand at that if you wish.  We are a short drive away from the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors and historic Whitby.

Heading on the A19 North will take you to wonderful Durham, a really beautiful City with its cathedral and wonderful walks along the River Weir or facinating Hartlepool with its historic maritime museum and wonderful marina.

Over all you will never be short of anything to do or anywhere to visit as you will be spoilt for choice and once you have visited this area you will be sure to want to return.
