Well equipped holiday cottage in mid wales tourist area of Rhayader just a few miles from the Elan Valley. Sleeps 5+cot - pets welcome.

  • lounge - seating for Five, 32" tv, sky, dvd player
  • Kitchen diner - Electric cooker, washing machine, fridge, microwave, lots of crockey, cutlery and pans, seating for 6, tv, dvd, free view.
  • Downstairs bathroom - bath with shower over, wc & wash basin.
  • Bedroom 1 - Double bed, built in wardrobe, cd player.
  • Bedroom 2 - 2 x single beds, fitted wardrobe, draws.
  • Bedroom 3 - 2'6 childs bed & cot.
  • Outside - approached from kitchen (down steps), from the front or from the rear. Private garden mostly decked with wooden garden furniture.

Also included high chair, stair gate, sky tv.


Additional Information

The property is well equipped and modern and situated just a minutes walk from all the amenities.

 

Parking is to the front of the house on church street or to the rear on the lane or in the car park off the lane or there is a drive at the back of the house which visitors are welcome to use but it is on a slope.

 

The elan valley is approximatly 2.5 miles away and there is a special walk way through the fields which is buggy friendly. The entrance to this is just down the road from the cottage.
