Enter through the porch conservatory with convienantly placed table and chairs for evenings spent sitting out and enjoying the views and soaking up the atmosphere that Croyde has to offer.
The elegant modern kitchen creates a clean fresh atmospehere with ample storage, white walls, cream splash back tiling and mottled black worktops with white shaker units and drawers. This kitchen is well-equipped with a built-in electric cooker, 4-ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and all the essential kitchen utensils.
The large sunny open plan lounge and dining area is well furnished with 2 comfortable sofas, TV, DVD player and a feature fireplace. Bedroom 2 has a double and a single bed, white chest of drawers, matching bedside cabinets and reading lamps.
Bedroom 3 is downstairs with an ikea-style bunk bed with a double below and single bunk above plus a separate single bed.
