Ken Maran is a traditional timber beach chalet in a prime hot spot quiet location of Croyde, This holiday property has fantastic seaviews towards the sand dunes and only a few minutes walk onto the beach. Ken Maran is in a secluded section of Croyde but still within easy walking distance of Croyde bays famous village.
Ken Maran has parking for 2 cars in a fully enclosed garden with matured and well nutured plants and flower beds. Enter directly into the lounge/ kitchen diner which has a beautiful wooden vaulted ceiling. The lounge is well appointed and has 2 large cream toned leather sofas, 2 arm chairs, LCD wall mounted TV with built in DVD player and selection of DVDS along with 2 wooden coffee tables. This room benefits from plenty of light and sunshine as it bounces off the dunes and in through the windows.
The kitchen diner is a functional space and is extremely well equipped with a 4 slice toaster, microwave, washing machine, electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer and plenty of cutlery and utensils. The kitchen diner offers a beach theme with wooden work surfaces and wooden shaker units.
The master bedroom has a double bed with a cream over bed unit, standing lamp, a dressing table and mirror. This room acts as a second living room or a quiet retreat as it offers a 2 seater sofa, matching arm chair, coffee table and patio doors out onto the rear garden.
Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, side table with reading lamp and a chest of drawers. This room benefits from views towards the dunes and Lundy island.
Bedroom three has a single bed and a wardrobe with views towards Croyde bay's famous and popular dunes.
The family bathroom is a bright and airy space with a W.C, washbasin, wall mounted vanity cabinet and Bath with an electric shower over decorated in a neutral colour scheme.
The enclosed garden is a haven of grass, bushes and a variety of matured well nutured plants that wraps around the chalet bungalow, At the end of the garden there is a shed with a wetsuit dunk bucket, wetsuit hanging rail, outside tap and hose pipe which is perfect for any surfing getaway. Ken Maran also has a patio to the front of the property with two 4 seater wooden patio sets with parasols and a wooden bench set.
