AboutThe Great Glen Lodges provide quality self catering accommodation with spectacular panoramic views of Loch Lochy and the mountain range beyond. These small group of Scandinavian Pine Solid Log lodges are family owned and managed ensuring all of our guests requirements are catered for.
Facilities & InformationThistle Lodge is our Premier all inclusive 2 storey 4 Berth Lodge. Downstairs comprises of an entrance lobby, front room with full glass observatory/conservatory dining area over looking the Loch, 32" Flat Screen TV with Sky Free Veiw, Hi Fi/C/D, DVD Player. A bathroom with power shower over bath and a full size well equipped Kitchen with gas cooking, dish washer, washing machine, 4 drawer freezer/fridge. Thistle Lodge has full electric central heating. Upstairs comprises of a spacious double bedroom. a spacious twin bedroom with tv/dvd player, hair dryer and walk in wardrobe.
Bramble and Heather lodge are our one storey 4 Berth Lodges with open plan kitchen/dining room, Bathroom with eletric shower over bath, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. A well equipped all electric kithchen, satalite tv, c/d player and dvd player. Electric by meter reading.
Bracken and Rowan Lodge are our 2 storey 6 Berth Lodges. Downstairs comprises of front/dining room, well equipped kitchen, downstairs double bedroom, bath room with power shower over bath. Upstairs comprises of a spacious double bedroom and a spacious open plan twin bedroom with veranda off. Satalite flat screen tv, c/d, dvd player. Electric by meter reading. All Lodges have own parking area. On site is a purpose built Loch Side Access to the shores of Loch Lochy a minutes walk from your lodge. Free fishing on Loch Lochy All of the lodges have out side seating areas with BBQ Facilities. There is also an on site laundry comprising of a commercial sized washing machine and tumble dryer. We are also very pet/dog friendly. Additional InformationWe are situated on The Great Glen Way, ideal for walkers, climbers skiers, mountain biking, fishing, bird watching to name but a few. There is also the main activities centre just 4 miles. Although we are in a rural setting, this is an ideal location to explore all of what the Highlands of Scotland has to offer. Fort Augustus 10 miles, Nevis Range 18 miles, Fort William 26 miles, Inverness 46 Miles. Pine Martens visit the veranda's of the lodges looking for their treats of jam and peanut butter. They are here throughout the day but become much more active after 6:30 p.m We are also very Pet Friendly, all we ask is that he/she is kept on a lead whilst on site and within the vicinity of the farm. They must never be left unattended whilst in the lodge.
