Additional Information

This modernised one bedroom flat is situated in a convenient yet quite area close to Plymouth City Centre. There is free on street car parking outside and the neighbours are friendly and considerate. The flat is situated on the top floor of the building which involves climbing four sets of stairs so it's not for anyone with walking difficulties.

There is a frequent local bus service that will take you into town if you don't wish to drive or pay parking fees. Local taxis arrive very quickly should you wish to travel that way.

There are four more flats in the building with pathed and a grass area outside that can be used for bar-be-ques. It even has a pear tree!

Local Information

Situated here on the outskirts of the City Center you are no more than half an hours drive to almost everywhere you might want to visit and has it's own group of shops just around the corner for such things like bread and milk. Morrisons, Asda and Tesco's are never far away!

Plymouth is on the border that separates Devon from Cornwall and the Tamar Bridge is no more than 15 mins drive away. The City Centre itself boast Drakes Circus Shopping Center, The Histrolical Barbican where boat trips to Mount Batten, Crawsands and an opportunity to see the Naval War Ships are available. Other attractions consist of the Aquarium, the Dome and a funfair on The Hoe with pararamic views over looking the Sound and Mount Edgcumbe in Cornwall (there is a foo tferry available for trips to Mount Edgcumber or it can be reached by car - if you want to take the long way around).

Outside of Plymouth City Centre Dartmoor National Park is about 35 minutes drive away as are some lovely beaches. Wembury beach is the about 25 minutes drive with car parking, cafe and toilet facilities. If you wish to travel a bit further a field you shouldn't miss out of giving Bigbury-on-Sea, with beautiful Burgh Island, a visit.
