AboutWe are a cosy family-run bed and breakfast situated in the peaceful village of Higham. We are a popular choice due to our close proximity to Rochester, Chatham and the Isle of Grain. We have comfortable rooms and stunning views in a quiet location.
Facilities & InformationAll rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, and assortment of snacks, television, free wi-fi, towels and wardrobes. We allow smoking in the garden and ashtrays are provided. Guests are also welcome to have their breakfast outside if they prefer in order to enjoy the views. The price includes breakfast which is served from early til 10am, and consists of anything from cereals and toast to a fully cooked breakfast. We are pet friendly. Additional InformationWe are very popular with guests attending weddings at either 'The Knowle country house' or 'The little Hermitage' as we are only a short distance away from both. Due to our close proximity to the Isle of Grain, Rochester and the Chatham Dockyard, we also appeal to guests from further afield who have been contracted to work in the area. If you are a family, we have fold-out beds to accommodate for children, so feel free to contact us to see what arrangements can be made. We have a guest book full of lovely comments about the rooms, the breakfast, the friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and above all the views from the back of the house.
