AboutSelf catering cottage sitting on the shores of Loch Duich. This Highland cottage has three bedrooms sleeping up to five guests, upstairs bathroom, downstairs shower and toilet, kitchen, dining room and lounge. There is a south facing walled garden with garden furniture and parking for two cars.

First Floor: Landing, 2 Double and 1 single bedroom accommodating 5 persons. Room 1 - single, Room 2 - double bed and Room 3 - 2 single beds. Bath,w.c. and w.h.b.
The property has recently been redecorated and a new kitchen installed. The kitchen is served by standard compliment of white goods and fridge/freezer off hall.
Washing machine and tumble dryer within external store to the rear of the property.
Sky colour TV, video player and CD player.
Pets are welcome. There is a 10% two person discount

The Old Schoolhouse was built in 1886 next door to Letterfearn School which was closed in 1960. There was a school roll of approximately 10 children. An old school photograph of some of the children with their Master is displayd in the cottage.
Travelling from Invergarry (A82) take te (A87) until you reach Sheil Bridge, turn left and follow the signs for Ratagan. Take the next rght and follow the signs to Letterfearn along the side of the Loch. The cottage is located 5 miles down Letterfearn Road from the Sheil Bridge turn off. Sat Nav IV40 8HT
