Local Information

Stone cottage is less than 2 miles from the picturesque village of Haworth famous for the literary greats, The Brontes.  The Bronte Parsonage Museum that was once their home, is visited by thousands of people every year.

In less than a mile away is Oxenhope Train Station part of the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway.  Enjoy a ride on the steam train, a great way to explore Bronte Country. 

Oxenhope is within easy reach of Bradford, Skipton, Saltaire, Hebden Bridge, Ilkley, The Yorkshire Dales and The Lakes making Stone Cottage an ideal base for your stay.
