A beautiful 200 year old detached stone built barn set within a 5 acre smallholding located high up in the Worth Valley with its stunning views across ‘Bronte Country'. The barn has been recently converted to combine a luxurious contemporary feel whilst retaining the character one would expect from a building of this age.

The accommodation has under floor heating throughout and comprises:

Ground Floor

Large open-plan with lounge, kitchen and dining area spanning the whole floor, with classic tumbled limestone tiled floors, exposed oak beams and windows from which to admire the panoramic views. The lounge area comprises of a large, comfortable corner sofa with soft recess lighting and a fabulous contemporary wood-burning stove perfect for those chilly winter nights. The dining area seats 6 with a large light oak table which the top can be removed to reveal a full size 7x4 ft slated bedded pool table. (All cues, pool and snooker balls provided). The kitchen is well-equipped with an extensive range of cupboards and oak work surfaces. The kitchen appliances include a pyrolytic oven, induction hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, full size dishwasher and washer/dryer. Large breakfast bar with bar stools.

Bedroom 2: King size bed. Solid oak furniture includes bedside draws, large double wardrobe, chest of draws and mirror.

House Bathroom: With P-Shaped bath with shower over, WC, Oak wash stand hand basin, heated towel rail and shaver point.

A raised south facing stone-flagged patio with comfortable garden furniture, barbeque, power point, up/downer lighters and fabulous panoramic views over the Worth Valley and its beautiful reflection in the Ponden Reservior below. Parking available for 3 cars and 5 acres of fields to enjoy. Direct access onto the Pennine Way. Horses to pet, chickens, ducks & Pheasants to feed. A perfect retreat to relax and enjoy all that this wonderful part of West Yorkshire has to offer.
