AboutNestled within the south coast countryside in South Somerset, bordering both Devon & Dorset is this unique rural log cabin retreat. This quiet level oak woodland site is set in 8.5 acres of parkland naturally screened by rhododendrons amongst the mature oaks, beeches and birches.
Facilities & Information
Each real solid round wood log cabin is encircled by trees for your privacy yet open enough to let sunlight through. We aim to give you that cosy, romantic experience with a solid wood burner, skylight over the master bed and a balcony for alfresco dinning. Ideal for short breaks, as well as long holidays.
The lounge, kitchen and dining room are open plan and arranged with modern day living in mind. The kitchen is fitted with a cooker, dishwasher fridge/freezer, & microwave.
The lounge has an LCD flat screen colour TV with DVD and digital channels. The wood burner is your focal point and a patio doors leads to a large balcony. The dinning area consists of table and chairs with a picture window overlooking a private area serving the log cabin.
The bathroom has a P shape bath with shower and modern suite in vanity units. The cabin sleeps up to 5 people and has two bedrooms, the master which has enough room for a cot. Additional InformationChildren play area has giant trampoline, table tennis, swings and climbing apparatus. There are safe cycle and walking tracks within the woodland. We have a seasonal outdoor heated swimming pool which is complimented with sunloungers.
