Gas Centrally heated throughout, the kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer compartment, washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven and gas hobbs. The Living room has 42 inch Flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD Player, Comfortable sofa to relax and unwind. Dining Table for 4 people, Downstairs bathroom with wash hand basin & WC and Upstairs bathroom with WC, Wash Hand Basin and Bath with Shower area. It is in an ideal location for out or in season breaks or getting away at Summer. The house is an ideal base for beach holidays, Watergate Bay 5 Miles, Newquay 7 Miles (Fistral Beach, 7 miles), Padstow 9 miles & City of Truro 13 miles. Local attractions include The Eden Project, Lanhydrock House, Cornwall's Crealy Great Adventure Park, The Camel Trail, Bedruthan Steps and the City of Truro to name a few. The National Trust has a host of properties and coastline ready to explore. Jamie Olivers Restaurant 'Fifteen' can be found at Watergate Bay a stunning setting and a real treat for all. Rick Stein has a selection of fish restaurants located in the Padstow area and also worth exploring.
