We are situated on the Pennine way, and the Cottage is on the riverside, overlooking the South Tyne River, fishing is a must, licence can be obtained form th Post Office.

We are very close to shops and Pubs, only a couple of minutes walk away where children and pets are welcome!

Fantastic walks including river walks.

You will not be disappointed with your stay, so many interesting places to visit.

As one of our visitors remarked it is like walking back in time!
